John White graduated from Harvard Law School in 2022 and has been involved in well over $100M in multifamily, self storage, and commercial transactions. He is currently a GP partner in over 4000 units either under management or development and has another 2000+ units scheduled to come online in 2025. He is also a licensed attorney and real estate agent in Texas. He previously graduated from Texas Tech University in 2016 with a 4.0 GPA in Petroleum Engineering and worked as a construction and manufacturing manager on multimillion dollar projects within the oil and gas industry, while simultaneously owning and operating several retail properties with total revenues of nearly $3M in 2019 prior to their sale.

He eventually moved on to single-family flips and has to date bought, renovated and sold more than 30 high-end residential properties with a total value of around $20M. He is also a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey and has been a Managing Director at Keter Property Group, a multifamily owner-operator of several hundred units in the Acela/Northeast region. He is currently a GP partner in 2000+ units and has another 1000+ units in the pipeline for 2023.

Dan Rubertone is a leader in the commercial real estate field focused on acquisitions and business development and has been involved in almost 1000 units of closed commercial real estate deals since joining Matador in early 2023, where he focuses his time on operational process development and acquisitions of new assets. Prior to this, Dan was co-founder and COO of Floafers, a shoe manufacturer, for 6 years, where he mastered corporate operations and grew his ability to build relationships with investors and customers before exiting the company in 2021. Prior to starting that company, Dan had several sales roles across a variety of industries. He graduated from SUNY Brockport, where he was a member of the basketball team and led the team to a #3 overall final national D3 ranking in 2007.

Paul Berg has worked at various levels of the storage industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Matador, he was a regional operations manager overseeing 22 facilities for a large national management company which worked mostly with independent owner-operators. Before that, he was a resident and/or site manager at various independently owned facilities across the eastern U.S., ranging in size from tens of thousands of square feet to 250,000 square feet. At Matador, Paul is in charge of day-to-day management of each facility manager including rate management, occupancy analysis, competitor analysis, and developing processes to ensure timely completion of punch list and routine items around each facility.
